如何用word搭建BOM

这是由于在使用CU01来建立dependency时候，选择的calculation type为procedure.一般情况下在建立dependency时候，选择condition，语法格式 = ；iPlease follow the underlying operation sequences to create super bom.(1) mm01 - Create configurable material(2) CT04 - Characteristics(3) CL02 - Class(4) maintain super bom, and maintain the dependency (CU01)(5) CU41 - Maintain profile;(6) MM01 - Create variant mateiral(7) CS07 - assign plant to variant material(8) CS40 - assign variant material to configurable materialAbove all is only for your reference.。

2.请教在哪里设置BOM替换物料

在物料主数据里可设置Follow-up material，意思似乎是说前一个material应该不用了吧，不知如这样做了MRP时会不会自动将前material的requirement转到follow-up material，没时间研究这个.在BOM中有个AltItemGroup可将几个互退还的materials group起来，就是这个玩意，可能造成巨大差异..比如group设A1 30%,A2 30%, A3 40%，实际上A1%,A1,A2,A3 unit price差别大。

关于禁用料，限用料就是如A1废了开始用A2,A1禁用，不能再用了，A2到某日期必须用A3，但是A2要消耗出去买来就是钱呀.在竞争激烈的电子行业这个功能太重要了..SAP虽然在物料主数据可设置materal status，但是总还是有缺憾， 俺是写外挂的..如果是依靠需求，前material的requirement会转到follow-up material，但如果是***需用求就不能转了。
